Murry Rhodes

Piano man , Singer/Songwriter

G’day and welcome to a little summary of Murry’s 2019 RAdio Tour Adventure. It was an Adventure in the olden day meaning of the word to Ad-venture. Click PLAY and enjoy.

“You’re just living the dream Muzza” was a common phrase I heard during the tour and another one was “the harder you work, the luckier you get”. Some folks do get lucky in some ways but the truth is that dreams really only come true in dreams but if you’re lucky enough to have the opportunity to work hard enough in real life then you might just achieve something really cool, even those things that you thought you might never get to do in your lifetime. You’re never too young and you’re never too old to try.

This tour was an amazing experience filled with lots of awesome people, lots of laughs and friendships made but also lots of fear, uncertainty and confusion. Just like a dream only where the risks are real, the costs hit hard and rewards are absolute joy for the soul.

I hope sharing this little story helps inspire you to try that thing that you think you might never get another chance to do… You only live once. :D If my little adventure helps you in some way, I’d love to hear about it. Only If you feel like shareing. You can leave a comment in te contact tab if you like it, love it, or if it helped you in someway.. That’d be sweet. Anyway ONWARD we go… … It started in September 2018

October 2018 I opened an email and WOW Radio stations started airing my music. Such great support from community radio stations. Huge Thanks to them all. :D And the list grew and grew and still grows today.

December 2018 I was on the road heading South from Darwin on a mission to drop in and say thank you in person to all the radios for airing my music. It was also an opportunity to network for gigs, meet people and explore parts of this beautiful country that I’d only ever heard about.
