For you guys who may not be repeat clients but are doing something special for the community, I donate part of the fee to match the normal pubs and club fee which is less than the retail base rate. I invoice your event out at the normal retail price for private functions and will add additional costs if required. Different venue technical requirements, extra-ordinary travel cost, accommodations, special dated event eg. Xmas, New Years etc. Your full payment is required at least one week prior to the date of engagement mainly so the funds are available to make the appropriate donation which completes the charitable side of the transaction. I’m often on tour performing to the tourist market North and South with the seasons so I may be in your area sometime soon so do contact me and let me add you to my client list.
