Within the limitations, as set by our POD dropship affiliates, we also adhere to the official Australian consumer concerns formally and the links to those documents are below for your perusal but informally we do our best as best we can with what we have.

Please be aware that this is mainly a print-on-demand site, so you place your order then printing companies print your garment and deliver it directly to your address. I use bigger mainstream companies to help ensure you receive a premium garment and printing quality and the best delivery solutions possible. There can be unforeseen production issues or delivery delays but it seems rarer in the bigger more expensive companies than the cheaper basement bargain types. So please if you do have any manufacturer/printing or delivery issues then please be a little patient and contact me using the link above and let me know the details.

I’ll put it through to the printing company and help you get it sorted. My margins are much lower for using the big companies for their consistent quality of products and delivery structure so I trust they will do everything they can to ensure safe production and delivery of your order.

In the real world, if anything goes wrong with any part of any order, it helps me to know if they are earning their keep and it helps them to know if their system has a wrinkle. There is a general non-refund policy on all items although the bigger companies tend to have a good replacement policy if reported correctly and within a reasonable time frame. Basically, if when the items are delivered and if the package looks damaged then take photos of the damage or if the issue is not a delivery damage issue then photograph any manufacturer faults as soon as it arrives. The clearer the information then the faster things can get resolved.

I have ordered some items from each company to test their garment, printing and production reputations and am satisfied with their delivery tracking systems. I’m confident that they will fulfil your order with great care and within the delivery schedule. If there are any international freight issues then please be patient and use the tracking function if one is provided or use the contact link above to inform us of any delivery issues.

Please also note that some printing providers are international and the exchange rates of pricing dollars may need adjusting too. Until they can sort out this issue automatically through the computer, some items may not come under the drop shipping framework and so processing may take a little longer for your order and delivery.

If we can get a subscription service up and running then you may like to join that and subscribe and have access to special areas and information that is not published for the general public. It will help you keep up to date with new design releases before they are published or you may even receive some nice little stories of how the designs come to exist and other adventures or even have some influence yourself on various designs and garment choices. :)


Music SHop Policies

To date there have been no download problems downloading the music albums however should you have problems downloading the .mp3 files then please use the contact link above and let us know so we can identify any issues and fix it.

For Delivery of CD’s, USB’s or other merchandise that requires direct postage. The deliveries are handled personally through Australia Post. As we are often away from civilisation for three to four weeks at a time this means processing may take as long as four weeks so please be patient. We will contact you directly if such a long delay may happen and keep you in the loop.


There are no current policies on subscriptions. We are just learning how they work and hopefully son will have a subscription service on this web page we we can keep our most ardent fans up to date with new works in pipeline. :) Until then, please use the CONTACT link to send a message of support and your wish to subscribe and as soon as that service is available we’ll let you know. :)
