There are two categories of terms and conditions, both of which must be read and understood by the entrant.
One category is Main Terms otherwise titled here as Generic Terms and the other category are terms identifying specific terms as associated with the different Competition CODEs.
The main terms and conditions determine the overall Generic Terms and Conditions of ALL Competitions on this site. these terms and conditions can be found at the very bottom of this page. So to find them simply scroll down to that section and you will find them clearly headlined as Generic Terms and Conditions. These apply to ALL competitions on this site.
The other terms and conditions are those specific to each individual competition. You will need to scroll down and identify which competition your terms are specific for. They are identified by their individual Competition CODE. The most recent competition to be created will be the first terms and conditions you find as you scroll down.

Competition #2 Crimson Knight and the Blood Moon - FA-CODE - CKBM2022
The Task - Four symbols. Five answers. - On the Crimson Knight - Wall Art - There are 4 (four) Ancient Egyptian Hieroglyphs in the bottom right corner. 3 Actually as one of the symbols is a bird and so the original bird of this sequence of Hieroglyphs has been swapped out with the www.murryrhodes.com Crimson Logo image. As was described in the promotion. So first the entrant has to figure out what bird it was swapped out with. Then each symbol has a meaning so the entrant needs to include the meaning of each of the four individual symbols and then the fifth and final answer is to determine what these four symbols mean when combined in the sequence as they are.
Use the official entry form to fill in and submit the answers. the Competition CODE must be included on the form.
Prizes are a 15% discount DDC Digital Discount Code for all entries. Are not redeemable for any other tender or credit. Can only be used in the www.murryrhodes.com website shops. It can’t be used for links on the site that direct you to another site where shopping may occur. For example to iTunes, Amazon, Spotify etc. Or any social media links. The discounts are site specific and ONLY work in the shops on this website. The voucher expires of the winner receiving the code and must only be used once for a single purchase transaction during the checkout procedure.
Finding the prizes - All items in the Wall Art shop will be part of the promotion.

The Task - To enter, it’s open to anyone of all ages. Children under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian's permission. Simply watch the movie and find deliberately placed spelling errors, fill out the official Competition form on the www.murryrhodes.com Home/Welcome landing page and submit. One entry per person and one prize per person.
Prizes offered - Up to 15% Digital Discount Download CODE that can be used on all items in the online shops at the www.murryrhodes.com website. Digital Download Discount Codes will be provided to the entrant for the amounts specified above as a minimum amount. The participant only has up to 90 days to use the code before it may no longer be active. Failing to use the code within this time forfeits any and all value of the

Contest / Competitions and Permits/requirements - The contests and competitions run by this website are intended to provide prizes to a value of less than $5000. So below the legal threshold of the requirement for contest permits.
AGE RESTRICTIONS - Online social media competitions such as FaceBook, Instagram and Twitter have age restrictions of 13 years or older. However to be legally able to accept the (terms and conditions) for entering competitions through this website one must be over the age of 18 or have permission from a parent or legal guardian. Competitions run through this website will therefore be restricted to people 18 years old or older unless a child’s parent or guardian wishes to make contact and provide proof of permission to enter the competition. Unless this competition has been run through social media companies such as those mentioned above.
Notifications - All winners will be notified in writing. In some instances, the notification may occur automatically on the submission of the claim form. An automatic response provides the prize code, the winner must write the prize code from this auto response and use .
Prizes are download codes. Winners who receive a unique discount code can be used during the purchase process of selected products for the code in the online shops of www.murryrhodes.com. The code is just a code and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other financial tender nor is it transferable. The code is not transferable and shall not be shared, copied or communicated in any way with any other person other than the winners with anyone unless the winner requires parental permission or special assistance. The code can only be used once but for several products. Once the code has been used to purchase a download item, the Squarespace server only allows a 24-hour period from the time the code is used to being able to download the files. Redeeming the prize VALUE - Discounts CODEs are provided to the winner. The codes are only valid at www.murryrhodes.com stores and are only valid for a single use. If the discount is a monetary discount of say $10 then the minimum transaction that can occur at the shop is $10. If the winner wishes to purchase a product to a value of less than the coded discount amount say perhaps $5 then there is no change or credit given for the monetary difference in value so it is suggested that to redeem to the full value of the prize that the winner spends at least the full amount of the discount code provided in the store in one transaction. Perhaps purchasing two items of the value of $5. Any monetary codes are codes for discounts on in-shop purchases only and cannot be redeemed for cash or another legal tender in any way whatsoever. The code shall not be transferred to any other person unless the person is the parent or legal guardian of a minor who has provided proof of age. Discount Codes are only intended It can’t be used for links on the site that direct you to another site where shopping may occur. For example to iTunes, Amazon, Spotify etc.
The codes are deemed invalid and expired after ninety days of issuing the discount code as the prize. To redeem the value of the prize The Winner must use the code before this expiry time to redeem the value of the prize by purchasing any of the selected items that the code is activated for. Failure to do so may result in the CODE no longer being active for the discount to be processed.
Processing - can take several weeks. The successful entrant will have to identify at least 5 known errors of which there are 10. If the entrant suggests any errors in the movie that are not in the 10 known errors list then an assessment may be carried out to verify the suggested error or clarify the error. If it is a new error then it can be added to the list.
Privacy and security - your private contact information will be used exclusively for official www.murryrhodes.com promotional and update purposes only. To notify winners of competitions and of future competitions, events or other promotions exclusive to the www.murryrhodes.com website. Indemnity - The downloadable files are copyright-protected items and so winners shall not copy or replicate the files under the same conditions as set in all international laws of copyright. Copyrights exist for murry rhodes Music, photography, stories and designs. Any files loaded into the products are strictly for personal use only and shall not be replicated or distributed in any other way other than for personal and private use.
The files have been prepared and uploaded free from any known virus. Some a compressed into .zip folders which most people can open. If the winner cannot open the Zip folder then they have an option to fill out the faults and complaints form.
TERMS
Competition - includes activities such as the Fun Activity promotions series but where the Fun Activities are Not Competitions for the distribution of prizes but are Activities where participation and submission of the Fun Activity form is proof of participation and an immediate reward of a discount is offered as a gesture of thanks for participation. So there are no prizes as such. However, www.murryrhodes.com reserves the right to run a prize-type competition using the Fun Activity in the future and the participants in them.
